Heartsong Music is a home where I have been able to dive deeply into many of my passions in life! I love music and its ability to create special connections between people of all different ages and backgrounds. I love nurturing children, and it’s the greatest privilege to observe them thriving in a musical world. I love supporting parents and seeing them use music to enhance their everyday life! I love sharing time with the elderly in our Generations classes, and creating opportunities for joy, laughter, and bonding. I love our Heartsong community and the delight that we all feel in being a part of something so special together!

I’ve always loved singing and dancing. I took my first dance class at 5 years old and have been moving and grooving ever since! My school-age years were full of piano, violin, choirs, dance ensembles, concerts, and musical theater.  

I got degrees from Cornell and RIT and then spent a decade working in medicine as a physician assistant in Boston. I still made time for church choir, ballroom dance lessons, and even sharing music with my patients! 

My toddler daughter and I entered the Music Together^® world when we signed up for our first class in 2010, and I was hooked! My journey with Music Together has been a beautiful one. I treasured the classes with my daughter and son during those precious years of their early childhood.

I began teaching with Heartsong Music in 2015. My own kids have grown into amazing teens now, and I still sing with them and for them Every. Single. Day!! 

After all these years, I have a deep appreciation for Music Together and Heartsong Music, and I know how rich the rewards are. I absolutely love making music together with families and grandfriends, and I can’t wait to meet you and your children!

Liz has completed Music Together’s advanced training, Certification Level I.
